What are my qualifications to be your coach?
I am a certified Nurse Life Coach with 25 years of experience working as a nurse. My journey includes being a small business owner, a creative, a post menopausal thriver, a nature lover, and a seeker. I am endlessly curious. As a mother of three grown amazing humans, I understand the importance of continual growth, compassion, a loving presence, as well as tenacity and perseverance. I identify as a queer woman and bring the wisdom earned from navigating life's ups and downs over six decades to my coaching. I wholeheartedly believe in the endless capacity of human potential and can hold space for you to believe in yourself. You CAN transform and create the life you desire.
